Annually MHI celebrates the industry’s success over the past year through the MHI Excellence in Manufactured Housing Awards! The MHI annual awards program honors those in the manufactured and modular housing industry who continue to pave the way by providing outstanding products, customer service, creative solutions, and state-of-the-art homes. Finalists enjoy industry-wide recognition and promotion of their work through a special announcement, as well as on MHI’s website, social media, and newsletter. Winners will be announced in May 2025, and all finalists will be included in the final awards announcements.
